Deluxe door frames consist of jamb, head, and sill members that are fabricated from extrusions having minimum depth of 1 1/4" and 2 1/2" wide. Corners of master frame are mitered and joined by stamped steel plated gussets. Doors are prehung with Z Bars equipped aluminum hinges with double bushed bronze oilite bushings. Z Bar header has a drip cap that extends beyond door casing. "U" shaped adjustable extruded expander 1 3/4" deep and vinyl sweep strip furnished for bottom of door to enable it to fit openings of uneven height and also to provide insect protection.
WEATHERSTRIP:
Weatherstrip material is compatible with aluminum and resistant to weathering. All Z Bar members contain weatherstripping to ensure door closes quietly with no metal to metal contact.
